Scoring Methods

These are the five scoring mechanisms we use for ranking starters and picking guesses:
1. By Score: Score based on letter frequency and position (plus some secret sauce bonuses).
2. By Words Remaining: Average number of words remaining when the words in play are filtered using the guess.
3. By Groups: Average group size when applying the guess to the words in play.
4. By Entropy: Bits of information (entropy) when applying the guess to the words in play.
5. By Ambiguity: Number of single member groups when applying the guess to the words in play.
